Movement has the ability to meet us exactly where we are. On strong days, it can build heat, confidence, and resilience. On heavy days, it can soften us, ground us, and help us breathe again. It has the capacity to calm the nervous system, strengthen the body, clear the mind, and reconnect us to ourselves — often in ways we didn’t even realise we needed.

What is Just A Moment?
Just A Moment is an online movement studio designed to meet you wherever you’re at on the day. Inside the platform you'll find a library of yoga, Pilates and hybrid classes that support strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
Whether you’re looking to build heat, move dynamically, or slow things down and reconnect with your breath, there are classes to support every mood and energy level.
Who is Just A Moment for?
Just A Moment is designed for anyone who wants to build a consistent and supportive movement practice.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or Pilates, returning to movement after time away, or looking to deepen your existing practice, the classes are designed to meet you wherever you're at on the day.
Some days you might feel like building strength and moving dynamically, while other days you may simply need to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body. Both are equally welcome here.
With a range of class styles, paces, and lengths, the studio is designed so you can choose what feels right for you in the moment.
How do I know which class to start with?
If you're new to the platform, starting with a slow flow yoga or yogilates class is a great place to begin. These classes allow you to explore different shapes and movements at a steady pace before adding props or moving into stronger styles.
From there, you can explore the different class categories and paces depending on how your body feels that day.

How much does membership cost?
Membership is $35 per month, or $385 per year (which includes one month free).
If you choose the monthly membership, your first month is completely free. After that, you'll be billed $35 per month unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Members can cancel anytime through their account settings.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Yes — absolutely.
If you’re new to yoga or Pilates, a slow flow yoga class or yogilates class is a great place to begin. These styles allow you to explore different shapes and movements in your body before adding props or moving into faster-paced classes.
The platform is organised into three different paces, so you can choose what feels right for your body each day:
Ground & Soothe
A slower pace designed to calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your breath. Classes include yin yoga, slow flow, gentle breathwork and mindfulness practices.Align & Flow
A more dynamic pace that blends strength, mobility and fluid movement. Classes include pilates flow, yogilates and vinyasa.Sculpt & Sweat
A stronger, more energising pace. These classes may include heavier weights or faster sequences such as strength Pilates, HIIT Pilates and barre..How long are the classes?
Classes range from short sessions under 10 minutes to longer practices of up to an hour, so you can choose something that fits into your day.
Each class clearly lists the length before you press play.
How often are new classes added?
New classes are added every week, with two new sessions released weekly to keep the library fresh and evolving.

How do I access the classes?
The Just A Moment studio is website-based, so you can access your classes anywhere.
You can watch on:
your phone
your laptop
your TV (via AirPlay or screen casting)
To begin, simply create an account and choose your membership. Once you're logged in, you'll have full access to the class library.
Do I need equipment?
Some classes incorporate props, but they are always optional and alternatives are offered so you can move with whatever you have available.
If you don’t have equipment, you can easily substitute with household items:
Hand weights → water bottles or cans of food
Yoga block / ball / bolster → a folded pillow or cushion
Pilates ring → a resistance band and small ball
Sliders → a piece of cardboard or paper on carpet, or socks on a smooth floor
Many movements can also be done using bodyweight only.
Are the classes live or on-demand?
All classes are currently on-demand, which means you can practice whenever it suits you.
Whether you have five minutes or a full hour, the studio is there whenever you’re ready to move.
